YOUNG POETS EASTER TOURNAMENT

To all Free State poets and particularly young poets and the diaspora in Theatre and Poetry across all platforms: this is The Call for Young Poets to join an exciting tournament. We are thrilled to invite you to mark your calendars and join us for the 1st Young Poets Easter Tournament - Y-PET. Y-PET is a competitive performance poetry. The tournamenthas three (3) rounds of knockouts before competing in the Championship. The tournament's competitiveness relies on the poets' ability to create content and rhyme based on circumstances.

HOW TO REGISTER

• Original poem typed in 12pt Arial (not more than a A4 - PAGE)
• Written in stanzas of 4 lines
• R100 registration fee
• Online application form
• Poets profile (not more than a A4 - PAGE) 
• Age between 10 - 18 Years 
• Sesotho, Setswana, Afrikaans and English
